How it works / Curriculum

One rhythm, every topic

We teach the way ideas actually stick, reaching every girl, no matter how she learns best. Each topic comes in four parts:

Step one → Choose your cause. The journey opens with the challenge that sets the tone for everything. We give her a curated list of real social impact problems [number to be decided]. She chooses the one that matters most to her, then tells us two things: why she cares about it, and what solution she wants to build. This becomes her project for the whole program.

Step two → Find your spark (November). Our founding talk on creativity hands her the tools to think differently and solve the problem she just chose. Creativity isn't decoration, it's the engine.

Step three → Build like a founder. From there, she moves through the core pillars one at a time, applying each new skill directly to her own idea:

  • Market Research → guess less, ask more.

  • Mindset → where "I can't" becomes "I can't yet."

  • Leadership → a real leader helps everyone shine.

  • Marketing & Content Creation → make people stop and care.

  • Brand & Story → people remember how you made them feel.

  • AI & Technology → a powerful tool, and she's the boss.

  • Sales → selling is just helping.

  • Operations → turning a daydream into a working plan.

  • Community → nobody builds alone.

  • Public Speaking → practice, pause, passion.

  • Money Basics → earn, save, spend, and give.

Step four → Pitch Fest. The program closes with two full days of practice, then the big stage: she presents her solution to a real audience. This is the moment she realizes she's a founder.

The arc

Everything in two languages

Because our founders are bilingual, so is the way we teach  building the vocabulary of business and social impact in both languages, so she can pitch her idea to anyone, anywhere.
